Scenes Note: Santa Family Reunion will have all 4 backdrops set up for the full event. North Pole Cornerstones will have 2 backdrops available during the first 2 days, then 2 different backdrops available during the last 2 days. Final backdrop previews and exact time selection will be emailed approximately 30 days before each event. Paid pre-registered Santas receive those details first.

SFR clients will be able to choose from all 4 backdrops throughout the full event. NPC clients will choose from the 2 backdrops available on their selected event days: one set for days 1-2 and a different set for days 3-4. Everyone who pre-registers will receive the final backdrop previews, exact 30-minute booking times, and live booking link by email approximately 30 days before the event.

NPC will rotate 2 backdrops for the first 2 days and 2 different backdrops for the last 2 days. Approximately 30 days before the event, pre-registered Santas will receive the finalized backdrop details, exact time selection link, and next steps by email.

Reserve your Santa Branding session

Choose your event, enter your basic contact details, pick the package you are most interested in, and pay the $75 non-refundable pre-registration fee. That fee places you on the early-access email list and locks 10% off your selected package total. SFR will have all 4 backdrops available the entire event. NPC will have 2 backdrops during days 1-2 and 2 different backdrops during days 3-4. Approximately 30 days before the event, I will email finalized backdrop details, exact time selection, and the next steps to finish booking.

The 10% discount is taken from the package total, not from the $75 booking fee. Remaining balance is due at the event by cash, check, or card.

Quick answers

How long are the sessions?⌄

All sessions are 30 minutes. If you want multiple scenes, book 2 (or more) 30-minute time slots if those scenes are available on different days.

When will I receive my photos?⌄

The selection gallery will be sent within 48 hours for you to choose your top images that I will fully edit. Turnaround time will be 30 days maximum for this event (usually quicker, but if fully booked the max time will be 30 days AFTER the selection gallery is sent).

Can I book more than one scene?⌄

Absolutely — many Santas book two different days for variety across scenes. Use Legendary package for full multi-scene access within a single 30-min session, or book additional 30-min slots on days featuring different scenes.

Do you offer prints or products?⌄

Yes — I offer professional prints and products. All prints and products will be shipped to your door within 2-3 weeks (I handle ordering and blind shipping for you). Digital files include full commercial rights for your Santa business use. (Detailed print/product options and pricing will be provided with your selection gallery after the event.)
