The $75 non-refundable booking fee is paid through secure Stripe checkout when you submit this form. Your prebooking request is not received or reserved until that deposit is paid.

Event-Only (SFR or NPC): Quick Pro Headshot on solid backdrop — $55 for the first image/pose, then +$25 for each additional pose or image. Mrs. Claus/Partner Duo — +$35 (3 additional couple photos included). Solid backdrop version for the duo — +$35 additional. Additional Helper/Elf — +$35 per extra person. All pre-bookings include 10% off while eligible. The $75 non-refundable booking fee is part of the total price, secures your slot, and locks the pricing after Stripe payment is completed. Full Photo Usage License & Contract required (you get marketing rights; I retain copyright; no edits or AI on stills; credit required especially for viral images).

20-minute sessions run continuously back-to-back. We pause only for the exact closed periods listed on the official SFR 2027 schedule (workshops, ceremonies, lunches, etc.). Select 2+ consecutive on one day for longer sessions or more scene variety. Specific assignment confirmed by email.

Quick answers

How long are the sessions?⌄

All sessions are 20 minutes. If you want multiple scenes, book 2 (or more) 20-minute time slots if those scenes are available on different days.

When will I receive my photos?⌄

The selection gallery will be sent within 48 hours for you to choose your top images that I will fully edit. Turnaround time will be 30 days maximum for this event (usually quicker, but if fully booked the max time will be 30 days AFTER the selection gallery is sent).

Can I book more than one scene?⌄

Absolutely — many Santas book two different days for variety across scenes. Use Legendary package for full multi-scene access within a single 20-min session, or book additional 20-min slots on days featuring different scenes.

Do you offer prints or products?⌄

Yes — I offer professional prints and products. All prints and products will be shipped to your door within 2-3 weeks (I handle ordering and blind shipping for you). Digital files include full commercial rights for your Santa business use. (Detailed print/product options and pricing will be provided with your selection gallery after the event.)
